Meet Marston Walkers
for a half hour walk on Saturday
mornings at 10am.
We start at OXSRAD, Marsh Lane,
Marston.
All ages and levels of fitness are
welcome – you can just walk at your
own pace. It is a chance to meet
people and is free, friendly and has
real health benefits.
Regular physical activity can have a
beneficial effect on up to 20
chronic diseases including: coronary
heart disease; high blood pressure;
back pain; anxiety; depression; some
cancers; arthritis and obesity.
For general health benefit it is
recommended that adults achieve 30
minutes of moderate physical
activity 5 times a week.
