There are 4 ways
to order your repeat medication:
1. You can fill in the form (on the
right side of your prescription) and
give it in at the desk.
2. You can fill in the form and give
it in at Marston or Northway
Pharmacies.
3. You can send it to us, drop it
through the letterbox or write to
us.4.
Online - see the link below.
You can collect your prescription:
- From the
Surgery.
- From Marston or
Northway Pharmacies.
- By enclosing a
SAE with your request we will post
it to you.
Please remember
that it will take 24 hours for any
repeat prescription to be done for
you from the time we receive your
request.
It is your responsibility to order
medication before you run out.
Drug Review Date
You may
notice a drug review date on the
bottom right hand side of your
prescription. You will need to see
the doctor for your medication to be
checked before that date as
no repeat prescriptions will be
issued after that date without the
review.
